We are aware of flight cancellations and delays as we are working around the clock. We can return your vehicle to you at any time to your convenience if this is the case T&C's apply. But, it is always advisable to notify us of any significant changes.

Please let us know in writing via email or contact form at least 48 hours in advance for any cancellations, no refunds will be provided if notified less then 72 hours before your booking. On your way to Heathrow Airport you only need to call us once and give 20 to 30 minutes notice of your expected arrival time and we will instruct you where to meet at your designated terminal.
